Have you lost or forgotten anything on the bus?
Objects found on one of our buses are taken care of by our drivers who deliver this to our office. The items can normally be picked up the next business day. The office is open from Monday to Friday, at 8am - 4pm. Feel free to contact us before you arrive so we can confirm if your item has been found! What procedures should we follow if we are going to be picked up at Oslo airport?
The coaches do not have the opportunity to wait at the terminal due to lack of space. The buses are in a separate parking area 1-2 minutes from the airport.
Once the group is assembled, one from the group can turn to the information desk (the counter is located right at the arrival exit on the first floor).
The leader of the group tells which group and flight they are from and that you will be picked up by Oslo & Viken turbusser AS.
The information desk will then say which platform the bus will meet at.
The information desk will call the driver and make a request and drive to the agreed platform.

Can we have something to eat and drink during the trip?
We have set it up so that drivers sell coffee, tea and mineral water, as well as baguettes. This is only after advance booking.
How do we pay for the trip?
All Norwegian registered companies can be billed after the tour has been completed. Individuals usually have to pay for the trip before the tour is completed.
